Filsung is established as a Korean company under the BOI's status in June 29, 2000. FIlsung has the breakthrough technology and dedicated manpower to produce and recondition Engine Valves and other parts used in Maritime, Industrial and Power Plants.

 

Filsung is the only company in the Philippines that has the capability and expertise to recondition engine valves using Nimonic metals thru Korean technology conforming to ISO 9001:2008 standards.

FIlsung is headed by Mr. Ik-Hyo Jeon as the President. He is a Marine Engineer and specialist on engine valves with over 30 years of experience. Before venturing into the Philippines, he was the agent of Bosung Engineering Co., Ltd. (engaged in engine assembly, maintenance and spare parts supply) and M.W.H. Korea Co., Ltd. of Korea (engaged in engine valve manufacturing/ OEM parts manufacturing and reconditioning services.)

 

With a growing list of satisfied clients such as Magsaysay Shipmanagement, Inc., Aboitiz Jebsens and KEPCO Phils., Filsung is broadening its products and services.

 

Filsung is also a distributor of Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. for their HIMSEN engine generators, Packaged Power Stations (PPS), as well as the exclusive maintenance/ after-sales service and parts supply agent for Hyundai in the Philippines.

 

Filsung was also awarded as the Most Outstanding Engine Valve/ Part Reconditioning Service Provider by the Philppines Marketing Excellence Awards.
